Ingredients
2 cans of fruit cocktail--fully drained
1 cup soft cream cheese
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 medium red apples--diced for color contrast and crunch.
1/2 cup macapuno (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions
Begin draining the fruit cocktail. Begin softening the cream cheese in a separate bowl. Add the condensed milk and the macapuno with the softened cream cheese.

Wash, dry, core, and dice the apples leaving the skin on. Add it into the cheese/milk mixture.

Gently add the fruit cocktail into the rest of the salad being careful not to create extra juices while stirring. Stir only enough to coat the fruits with the cheese and milk. (extra liquids result in lumps and curdling)

Ready to serve, but best when chilled for about 30 minutes.

Makes about 8 cups depending on the amount of additional fruit combined.
