  Walnut and Bosc Pear Salad

Ingredients:
SALAD:
2 Bosc pears
1/2 cup whole peeled walnuts
3-4 oz of Gruyere or Gouda cheese

DRESSING:
1/4 c. olive oil
Juice of 2 med. limes
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Cut cheese into small strips (julienne-style).

2. Peel pears and cut into quarters or fourths.

3. Whisk dressing ingredients and pour over cheese and pears. Add walnuts.
