Ingredients:
1 loaf dry Vienna bread 2 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 1/2 tsp Sage 5 tbsp. melted Crisco 1 egg, beaten 1 c. chopped celery 1 small onion (chopped) 3 pork chops (ground) include fat |

Instructions:
Dip bread in water just long enough for it to crumble. Squeeze out most of the water. (Do only about 3 or 4 slices of bread at a time.) Mix with other ingredients. Line a pan with 2 layers of foil and pile dressing on it and bring up sides to cover. Bake in 325 degree oven for 6 hours. Do not stuff turkey with it or it won''t fully cook. |
