Reviving Limp Vegetables.

Don't throw away vegetables that have been in your refrigerator a little too long and gone a bit limp. Revive the product by shaving a small amount off from the butt-end, soaking in luke-warm water (1/2 hr. or more) and refrigerating. This works for all stalk vegetables like celery, parsley, broccoli, cauliflower, greens and lettuce.
