November 21 - Mustard Greens Tips:
Greens are used as you would cooked spinach or used as a garnish.Good-quality
mustard greens will have medium-green colored leaves with rough edges and
fairly long stalks.
Avoid greens with leaves that are wilted, yellowing or have dark green
patches of slime on parts of the leaves.Available year-round. While there
is no real peak, supplies are greater December through April. Washington
mustard greens are available June through September.
