June 13 - Raspberry Selection Tips:

Good-quality raspberries will be firm, plump and dry. Colors include red, purple and recently a gold variety became commercially available.

Avoid product that is smashed, leaking juice or has mold. Also avoid product that is too firm, green or is still attached to the stem.
