three eggs a pound of shrimps, shelled and de-veined spring onions 2 cloves of garlic, crushed. salt and pepper to taste oil
Whisk eggs. Set aside. Heat oil in pan. Add green onions, garlic and shrimp. Sautee. When shrimp is cooked, pour egg and make an omelet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
To crack coconuts, pierce one or two of the eyes and drain the milk.
Place in the freezer for an hour, or in a 350°F. oven for 20-30 minutes. (...)
