1 pound salted salmon3 large tomatoes, diced3 stalks green onions, chopped1 round onion, chopped3 ice cubes, cracked
Soak salted salmon in cold water for 1 hour. If salmon is verysalty, repeat process. Remove skin and bones and shred salmon withfingers. Place in a bowl and add tomatoes and onions. Chill; addcrushed ice just before serving.
Good-quality buttercup squash will be firm, heavy for its size and have an even cream color.
Avoid product that has soft spots, dull and wrinkled (...)
