Ingredients:

3 egg yolks
1 tsp Russian mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Juice of 1/4 lemon
Wesson oil
1 Tbs sour cream
1/2 jar capers, drained (optional)

Instructions:

Combine egg yolks, mustard, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Add a few sprinkles of cold water and, while beating, enoughWesson oil to reach desired consistency. At last minute, add sour cream and capers.
