Ingredients:

3 Red Delicious apples
3 Granny Smith apples
46 oz. can pineapple juice

DIP:
8 oz sour cream
6 oz orange juice concentrate
3 oz box instant vanilla pudding

Instructions:

Slice apples in wedge shape, leaving peel on. Remove seeds. Place in container and cover with pineapple juice overnight. (Will also last 7 days in juice and will stay crisp.) Next morning, drain. Arrange on a round glass plate. Serve with dip.

DIP:
Mix sour cream, orange concentrate, 3-ounce box instant pudding. Place in a covered container overnight to mellow flavors.
