3 Red Delicious apples3 Granny Smith apples46 oz. can pineapple juiceDIP:8 oz sour cream6 oz orange juice concentrate3 oz box instant vanilla pudding
Slice apples in wedge shape, leaving peel on. Remove seeds. Place in container and cover with pineapple juice overnight. (Will also last 7 days in juice and will stay crisp.) Next morning, drain. Arrange on a round glass plate. Serve with dip.DIP:Mix sour cream, orange concentrate, 3-ounce box instant pudding. Place in a covered container overnight to mellow flavors.
