Ingredients:

Russet Potatoes

Your favorite potato toppings
Sour Cream
Chives
Bacon Bits
Cheddar Cheese
Salsa
Butter

Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 450F.

2. Wash and scrub potatoes under cold running water. Pat potatoes dry with paper.

3. Use a fork or sharp knife to pierce the skin of each potato.

4. Place potatoes on center oven rack and bake for about 1 hour, until tender with a pierced fork. Turn potatoes halfway through baking.

Serve immediately or wrap in aluminum foil for up to 10 minutes before serving.

Add your favorite toppings: sour cream, cheese, chives, bacon bits, butter, etc.
