2 tbsp. oil1 tbsp. crushed garlic1/4 cup sliced onion300 g. chicken breasts, boiled and flaked4 pieces MAGGI Tinola Cube, dissolved in8 cups water100 g. young corn, sliced diagonally 1" longpepper to taste1 cup sili leaves
1. Heat oil and sauté garlic and onion until golden.2. Add chicken and pour in broth.3. Bring to boil then add corn and season with pepper.4. Blend well and simmer until corn is crisp tender. Add sili leaves and cook for 2 minutes.5. Serve hot.
How to Select Peas
Good-quality peas will have a large pod that bulges away from the pea inside. The pod will be firm and crisp with medium to dark-green coloring.
