10 pcs. jumbo shrimps, deveined1 cup sweet n' sour sauce1 pc. green pepper1 med onion, chopped1 tbsp. butter1 clove garlic1/2 tsp. chili powdersalt and pepper to taste1 tbsp. catsup
1. SHRIMPS-devein and shell, leave the tails.2. Saute garlic, onions, bell pepper in butter in medium heat.3. Add the sweet n' sour sauce and catsup. simmer for 5 minutes.4. Add shrimps and cover for another 4 minutes.5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
Make washing spinach easy by adding a small amount of salt to cold water. Swish around, transfer to colander, rinse and drain immediately, pat dry.
