2 cups ice 3 tablespoons Atkins sugar free Vanilla Syrup 1/4 cup chilled extra-strong decaffeinated coffee 2 scoops Atkins Vanilla Shake Mix 3 tablespoons heavy cream
1. Place ice in a blender and crush well. Add syrup, coffee and shake mix.2. Blend on high speed until smooth, then add cream and blend just until incorporated.
Grapefruit keeps at room temperature for at least a week. For longer storage, refrigerate in a plastic bag or in the covered vegetable crisper.
