500 g. of chicken, cut into pieces2 tablespoons of soy sauce2 tablespoons of oyster sauce1 tablespoon of sesame oil2 teaspoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon of pepper8 cloves of garlicpandan leavesoil(for deep frying)
Pound garlic and blend with chicken, pepper, soy sauce,sugar, sesame oil, oyster sauce. Let it stand for 1 - 2 hours. Wrap chicken in pandan leaves. Deep-fry over medium heat until cooked. Drain oil and serve.
You should be able to find apricots in most major stores from January until early August.
California apricots are available from May through July (...)
