1 tsp. garlic1/2 cup aligue1/4 cup pork strips1/4 cup shrimp1/4 cup cabbage2 tbsps. green pepper 1 tsp. carrots4 cups yakisoba noodles1/4 cup katsuboshi1 tbsp. fried garlic1 tbsp. oil1 med. white onion
Saute pork strips and onions in oil until fragrant. Add carrots, green pepper and shrimp. Add cabbage last to avoid wilting. Set aside. In same pan, saute garlic in oil until fragrant. Add aligue and cook (5 seconds). Add cooked yakisoba noodles, coat well with aligue sauce, then, the cooked vegetables. Season with patis and sesame oil. Pour in plate. Sprinkle top with katsuboshi and fried garlic bits.
