3 pcs onions, quartered 1 whole head garlic, minced 6 plum tomatoes (native) cut into halves1/3 cup vinegar1/3 cup soysauce 2 laurel leaves 1 tsp peppercorn 1 beef broth cube 1/2 kilo beef briskette 3 cups water
This is a very easy recipe. Just add all ingredients in a casserole.Let it boil for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until beef is tender. Once it boils, lower the fire to tenderize beef in just a short while.Add water once in a while depending on your desire.
Grapefruit keeps at room temperature for at least a week. For longer storage, refrigerate in a plastic bag or in the covered vegetable crisper.
