1 cup diced pork1 cup cubed pork liver1 cup pork heart1/4 cup sliced pork kidney1/3 cup vinegar1 cup broth2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced1 med onion, sliced1 red capsicum cut into strips1 tbsp cooking oilsalt and pepper to taste
1. Parboil diced pork, heart and kidney; set aside broth2. Sauté garlic, onion, pork, heart, kidney and liver3. Add vinegar and boil for 4 minutes4. Add broth; season with salt and pepper5. Cover and boil for 5 minutes6. Add capsicum; simmer for 3 more minutes.Serves: 4
