Ingredients:2 pkgs casava, defrosted (frozen, grated from the Asian store)1 can coconut milk1 egg1 cup sugar1/2 can of condensed milk
Directions:Mix all ingredients together, except for the condensed milk. Put mixture in a rectangular pan, and cook in a 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes. After 45 minutes of baking, pour 1/2 can of condensed milk on top of casava cake and spread. Put back in the oven for another 20 minutes or until top has browned.
