5 oz. flour10 oz. brown sugar2 t. butter5 oz. chopped almonds
Bake in moderate oven until light brown; do not roll but drop a teaspoonful of the mixture about 4 inches apart in well buttered tins.
Used as you would cooked spinach, good-quality collards will have dark-green colored, broad, flat leaves that are crisp, upright and not wilted.
