3 cups All-purposes flour1tbl Baking powder1 1/2 tsp Salt1 1/2 cups Water1 cup Blueberries
Mix the dry ingredients together, the add the water quickly & continue to stir. Add the blueberries and mix into batter.Spread batter on a pie plate & put in a preheated oven heated to 425 F. Bake for 20 minutes. Cut in pieces & serve hot or cold. Excellent with mint tea.A traditional Native American Recipe.
Also called Shaddock and Chinese grapefruit, pummelo is eaten fresh, in salads, or used in jams, jellies, marmalades and syrups.
