SALAD:1 cup Wild onions OR leeks, well chopped4 cups Watercress1/4 cup Sheep OR wood sorrel1 1/2 cup Dandelion leavesDRESSING:1/3 cup Sunflower seed oil1/3 cup Cider vinegar3 tbl Maple syrup3/4 ts Salt1/4 tsp Black pepper
Toss together the salad ingredients. Combine the dressing ingredients and mix well. Toss the salad in the dressing and serve.A traditional Native American Recipe.
To crack coconuts, pierce one or two of the eyes and drain the milk.
