24 oz Hazelnuts, crushed6 Shallots, with tops3 tbsp Parsley, chopped6 cup Stock, vegetable, beef, venison or chicken1 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Black pepper
Place all ingredients in a large soup pot & simmer slowly over a medium heat for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
To crack coconuts, pierce one or two of the eyes and drain the milk.
Place in the freezer for an hour, or in a 350°F. oven for 20-30 minutes. (...)
