7/8 cup Buttermilk1 Egg white1 teaspoon Powdered lecithin, optional1 2/3 cup Whole wheat flour1 cup Bread flour1/3 cup Cornmeal1 1/2 tsp Salt1 1/2 tbspn Applesauce (butter)3 tbsp Molasses1/3 cup Dry roasted sunflower seeds1/4 tsp Baking soda3 tsp Yeast
Mix all ingredients into a dough and let rise. Form into a flat round loafabout 1 inch thick. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.A traditional Native American Recipe.
