16 Fish pieces3 tbsp Soya sauce 4 tbsp White vinegar1/2 tsp Ginger, ground2 tbsp FlourLemons 2 nos. Oil for frying As required Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Mix the vinegar, soya sauce, ginger and salt and rub into the fish pieces and keep aside for 2-3 hours.2. Drain the pieces of fish and rub flour over the pieces and deep fry the fish in oil.3. Drain the fish pieces well and place on a grill for 3-4 mins or in the oven for 10 mins to make the fish crisp.4. Serve with lemon wedges.
