1 cup Cooked white rice 1 tsp Ginger, finely chopped1 tsp Garlic, finely chopped1/4 cup Spring onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup Cabbage, finely chopped1/4 cup Carrot, finely chopped 1/4 cup Capsicum, finely chopped1/4 cup Mushroom, finely chopped Ajinomoto As required 1 tsp Chili powder1 tsp Sugar2 tbsp Soy sauce 1/2 tsp Chili sauce1-1/2 cup Boiled noodles1/4 cup Spring onion tops, finely chopped5 tbsp OilSalt As required
1. Cook the rice and let it cool. Set aside for atleast two hours.2. Lightly fry the garlic, ginger and green chilies in a wok.3. Add the vegetables, chili powder, ajinomoto, salt and sugar and continue to stir fry. 4. Add the noodles, rice, spring onion tops, soy sauce and chili sauce and let it cook for 4 minutes.5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
Good-quality papayas will be fairly large, 1/2 yellow or more and slightly soft when ripe.
Avoid product that is too soft or has scars or (...)
