Bean sprouts 150 gms. Sesame seeds, toasted 2 tbsps. Garlic powder ½ tsp. Green onions, chopped ¼ cup Sesame oil As required Salt To taste
1.Clean, wash and boil the beansprouts for 5 minutes in water.2.Drain, return to the pan and stir the salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic powder, green onions and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.3.Once done, serve hot or cold.
Good-quality buttercup squash will be firm, heavy for its size and have an even cream color.
Avoid product that has soft spots, dull and wrinkled (...)
