Prepare Chesapeake Bay Barbecue Sauce: 1/4 cup butter1 cup catsup 1/2 cup sugar 1 lemon (juiced) 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 small onion (finely chopped)Salt, pepper, garlic powder, tobasco sauce to taste
Put meat in sauce and heat 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
You should be able to find apricots in most major stores from January until early August.
California apricots are available from May through July (...)
