1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 Tbsp all purpose flour 2 eggs beaten 1/2 cup milk 2 cups flaked halibut (boiled and drained) 1/3 cup chopped green onions 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese 1 unbaked pastry shell
Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk in a bowl. Gently stir in halibut, onion, parsley and cheese.Spoon into the pastry shell and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Grapefruit keeps at room temperature for at least a week. For longer storage, refrigerate in a plastic bag or in the covered vegetable crisper.
