2 lbs tripe vinegar salt pepper
Boil tripe until done, appox 45 minutes for 2 lbs. Allow to cool once fully cooked. After cooling, cut into 1 inch cubes. Mix with vinegar, salt and pepper .Serve. This is how my Itailian grandmother used to make it. My son and I love it this way!
Also called Shaddock and Chinese grapefruit, pummelo is eaten fresh, in salads, or used in jams, jellies, marmalades and syrups.
