Ingredients:

2 lbs tripe
vinegar
salt
pepper

Instructions:

Boil tripe until done, appox 45 minutes for 2 lbs.

Allow to cool once fully cooked.

After cooling, cut into 1 inch cubes.

Mix with vinegar, salt and pepper .

Serve.

This is how my Itailian grandmother used to make it. My son and I love it this way!
