1 lb Veal, Sliced Thin1/2 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Pepper3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil4 med Apples, Peel And Slice1/2 cup Evaporated Milk8 oz Yogurt, Small Container
Rub veal steaks with salt and pepper. Heat oil and cook veal slices about 2 minutes on each side. Place veal in an ovenproof casserole. Add cored, sliced apples. Blend evaporated milk and yogurt together. Spread over apples. Place in a preheated 325F oven; cook just until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Good quality broccoli will be dark green to almost blue in color on the flower end and will also be tightly budded.
