3 lbs Italian Prune Plums3 1/2 cup flour3/4 cup sugar2 sticks butter3 tsp baking powder1 egg1/2 cup milk
Cut Italian Prune Plums in long pieces.Blend like pie mix, then roll out on a greased cookie sheet, then spread plums on top, (about 3 lbs plums).Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Before eating sprinkle with sugar.
Used as you would cooked spinach, good-quality collards will have dark-green colored, broad, flat leaves that are crisp, upright and not wilted.
