2 medium cantaloupes, peeled, cut into chunks1 pineapple, cored, peeled, cut into chunks1 cup raisins1 cup fresh shredded coconut1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans1 large apple, cored, unpeeled, cut into chunks1 cup plain yogurt1 tsp grated orange peel
1. Stir together the yogurt and orange peel. Chill. 2. Mix all fruits in a large salad bowl. At serving time, add the nuts and pour chilled yogurt mixture over fruit, toss, and serve.
To crack coconuts, pierce one or two of the eyes and drain the milk.
Place in the freezer for an hour, or in a 350°F. oven for 20-30 minutes. (...)
