1 can condensed milk1/2 cup lemon juice1 cup drained, pitted bing cherries1/2 cup pecans, chopped1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped1 graham cracker crumb pie shell1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
Mix condensed milk, lemon juice, drained bing cherries and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into graham cracker crumb pie shell. Sprinkle top of pie with graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate 2 or more hours before serving.
Grapefruit keeps at room temperature for at least a week. For longer storage, refrigerate in a plastic bag or in the covered vegetable crisper.
