1. Pre-heat oven to 450F.2. Wash and scrub potatoes under cold running water. Pat potatoes dry with paper.3. Use a fork or sharp knife to pierce the skin of each potato.4. Place potatoes on center oven rack and bake for about 1 hour, until tender with a pierced fork. Turn potatoes halfway through baking.Serve immediately or wrap in aluminum foil for up to 10 minutes before serving.Add your favorite toppings: sour cream, cheese, chives, bacon bits, butter, etc.
Good-quality pomegranates will be large, firm and smooth-skinned. The coloring will be an even deep-red and there will be few skin blemishes.
