1 tbsp. MAGGI OYSTER SAUCE1 tbsp. MAGGI CHILLI SAUCE2 tbsps. calamansi juice1/2 k. medium-sized shrimps, shelled and deveined20 pcs. lumpia wrapper1 medium carrot, sliced 1 1/2 in.1 small bundle spring onions, sliced 1 1/2 in.cooking oil for deep-frying
Combine first three ingredients in a bowl. Marinate shrimps for about 1 hr.Wrap shrimps in lumpia wrapper with 2 strips each of carrots and spring onions. Tuck in sides and roll. Seal and deep-fry in hot oil. Drain in paper towels and serve right away.
To crack coconuts, pierce one or two of the eyes and drain the milk.
Place in the freezer for an hour, or in a 350°F. oven for 20-30 minutes. (...)
