2 tbsps. cooking oil1 cloves garlic, minced1 medium onion, minced1/2 k. squid, cleaned & sliced into rings, (reserve ink sac)2 MAGGI CHICKEN CUBES2 pcs. sayote, pared & sliced into 1/2 in. wedges
Heat oil, saute garlic and onions. Add squid rings and MAGGI CUBES. Bring to boil. Add sayote; simmer just until squid is cooked and sayote is crisp-tender; add ink sac last. Simmer one more minute.
Also called Shaddock and Chinese grapefruit, pummelo is eaten fresh, in salads, or used in jams, jellies, marmalades and syrups.
