2 tbsps. hoisin sauce4 tbsps. water2 tbsps. MAGGI SAVOR1 MAGGI CHICKEN CUBE1/2 tsp. grated ginger1 tbsp. cornstarch2 tbsps. cooking oil3 cloves garlic1 stalk leek1 cake tofu, cut into 1/2 inch cubes1/4 kilo shrimps, shelled and deveined
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; set aside. Heat oil; saute garlic and leeks. Add tofu and cook until slightly brown. Put in shrimps, then sauce mixture. Simmer until thickens. Serve as topping to steamed hot rice.
Keeping Cauliflower White
If boiling cauliflower, add a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice to the water to maintain white color.
