1 1/2 tbsps. vinegar1 1/2 tbsps. water2 tbsps. sugar1 tsp. sake or rice wine2 cups Japanese or Califonia rice, cooked3 pieces nori1 medium mango, peeled and cut to strips1/2 piece avocado, peeled and cut to strips3 pieces crab stickwasabe2 leaves lettuce, cut to small pieces1 170 g. can NESTLE Cream, mixed with1 tbsp. calamansi juice
1. Combine all ingredients for sushi rice (except rice) in a bowl. Dissolve sugar thoroughly then pour into rice. Mix well making sure all the rice is coated with vinegar.2. Lay Nori in a sushi mat and spread about 1/3 of the rice mixture. Arrange mango or avocado slices, crab sticks, wasabe then lettuce and roll up as in lumpia. Slice to about 1/2 in. and top each slice with soured NESTLÉ Cream.
To crack coconuts, pierce one or two of the eyes and drain the milk.
Place in the freezer for an hour, or in a 350°F. oven for 20-30 minutes. (...)
