1/4 kg. ground beef1/4 cup breadcrumbs1 small onion, minced1 tbsp. MAGGI Savor3 cloves garlic, mincedpepper to taste2 MAGGI Beef Broth Cube, dissolved in6 cups water3 small potatoes, diced1 small carrot, diced1 small sinkamas, diced1 cup Baguio beans, sliced 1 in. long1/2 tsp. thyme1/2 tsp. rosemary
1. Combine first six ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Set aside.2. Bring broth to boil then drop meatballs; simmer for about 10 min. Add vegetables and herbs one after the other. Simmer another 10 min. or until meatballs are cooked and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Used as you would cooked spinach, good-quality collards will have dark-green colored, broad, flat leaves that are crisp, upright and not wilted.
