2 cups buko, grated1 300 ml. can CARNATION Condensada4 eggyolks1 tbsp. cornstarch1/2 tsp. vanilla2 tbsps. butterCARNATION Evaporated Milkglazed fruit
1. In a saucepan, combine first 2 ingredients; cook over low heat for about 15 min. or until thick, stirring constantly.2. Beat the next three ingredients together in bowl and stir into buko mixture. Continue cooking and stir over low heat until mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Remove from heat and stir in butter.3. Pour into muffin pan lined with 1 1/2 inch- paper cups. Brush top with CARNATION Evaporated Milk and garnish with diced glazed fruit. Bake until golden brown for about 15 min. at 350 degrees F.

Acorn squash is available year-round with a peak from October through December. Danish squash from Northern states is available May through October.
