3/4 k. tanigue steaks, sliced 1/2" thick3 tbsp. olive oil2 tbsp. lime juice1/4 cup coriander leaves1 MAGGI Chicken Broth Cube, crushed1/2 tsp. minced garlicdash of pepper1 383 g. can NESTLÉ Cream2 tsp. lemon juice1 medium onion, minced1/4 tsp. pepper1 can corn kernel1 medium green pepper, diced2 medium tomatoes, diced1/2 cup wansoy (coriander leaves)1 small head iceberg lettuce
1.Marinate tanigue steak in the next six ingredients at least 1 hour. Grill, brushing with marinade to prevent drying. Slice into 1/2 inch cubes and set aside.2.Combine NESTLÉ Cream, lemon juice, onions, and pepper. Toss in tanigue cubes and the rest of the ingredients except lettuce. Chill. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce leaves.
