Ingredients:

2 cups white cornmeal
2 cups yellow kamote, cubed
3 cups water
½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Add water to cornmeal, and boil.

2. When the water is absorbed, add kamote.

3. Cover and cook for 45 minutes over low heat.

4. Season with salt
