1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour1/4 tsp. salt1/2 c. milk1/2 c. water3 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. vanilla3 eggs1 c. sugar
1. Separate yolk from white.2. Cream salt with yolk and add sugar slowly until consumed.3. Combine milk and water.4. Add flour and milk alternately.5. Beat egg white and fold with the batter.6. Steam for 15- 20 minutes.7. Do not grease muffin pan.
Do not store potatoes in the refrigerator. Refrigeration converts the starch in potatoes to sugar which will cause the potato to darken when cooked.
