1 lb. lg. shrimp, peeled and deveined2 cloves garlic, chopped1 tsp. fresh grated ginger or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger2 tbsp. soy sauce2 tbsp. oil
Combine and marinate at least 4 hours.Use any fresh vegetables you like. Suggestions: Carrots, onion, snow peas, broccoli, green/red pepper, cucumber, squash. Cut vegetables in strips.Heat oil in wok. Stir fry vegetables - remove from wok. Stir fry chicken. Add vegetables. Serve over steamed or boiled rice.
To crack coconuts, pierce one or two of the eyes and drain the milk.
Place in the freezer for an hour, or in a 350°F. oven for 20-30 minutes. (...)
