2 scoops vanilla ice cream1 cup milk3 or 4 drops green food coloringChocolate syrup
Put ice cream milk and food coloring into blender. Blend until smooth and green. Pour into glass. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and give one quick stir.
Used as you would cooked spinach, good-quality collards will have dark-green colored, broad, flat leaves that are crisp, upright and not wilted.
