1 tablespoon cooking oil 1/2 cup clam meat1/2 cup shelled and deveined shrimp1/2 cup boiled and shredded chicken breast1/2 cup sliced beef liver1 tablespoon soy sauce2 cups shrimp broth3 cups chicken stock3/4 cup miki
Heat oil in stock-pot. Stir-fry clam meat, shrimp, chicken and liver for 1 minute. Add soy sauce.Pour shrimp and chicken stock. Boil for 2 minutes.Add miki.
To crack coconuts, pierce one or two of the eyes and drain the milk.
Place in the freezer for an hour, or in a 350°F. oven for 20-30 minutes. (...)
