2 cups mashed yellow kamote 8 pcs. cooked and mashed saba banana 1 cup cooked small sago 3/4 cup CARNATION CONDENSADA 20 pcs. lumpia wrapper cooking oil for deep frying SAUCE 1/3 cup brown sugar 3 tbsps. butter 1 tbsp. NESTLE CREAM
Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl. Put about 2 tbsps. of the mixture in lumpia wrapper and roll to seal. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain in paper towels. Serve with sauce.
Grapefruit keeps at room temperature for at least a week. For longer storage, refrigerate in a plastic bag or in the covered vegetable crisper.
