500 gm pork, cut into cubes1/2 cup soy sauce1T white wine1/4 cup tomato sauce1 small tin pineapple chunks1 small tin mushrooms1 capsicum, diced1/2 cup vinegar¼ cup ginger, shredded2 carrots, cut into big cubes2 stems green onion, cut into four1 medium onion, cut into four1/4 cup oil1/4 cup vinegarSalt and pepper to tasteSoup stock as needed
1.Marinate pork with soy sauce, wine, ginger, tomato sauce and cornstarch. 2.Heat oil and fry pork. Set aside. 3.In the same wok, saute garlic, onion, mushroom, carrots and capsicum. 4.Add marinade and soup stock 5.Bring to boil 6.Thicken with dissolved cornstarch in water 7.Add fried pork and garnish with pineapple chunks and spring onions
Refrigerating Tomatoes
Do not refrigerate tomatoes. They will retain their flavor and ripen correctly at room temperature. Once they are ripe, use within 3 days.
