1 cup kalabasa strips 1 cup unpeeled small shrimps 1 cup pinipig 1 onion, chopped 1/3 cup cornstarch 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup water oil for frying
Heat oil in a frying pan. In a bowl, combine the kalabasa, shrimps, pinipig and onion. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch, flour and water. Add to kalabasa mixture. Drop by spoonfuls into the hot oil. Fry until browned. Drain. Serve with a sauce of vinegar and garlic.
